While the idea of a digging down game is not bad for the jam, I feel like this fails to manage to put anything unique onthe table. What we have works, it just needs a little bit more spice. Some explanations/variations on the areas could be also great, because other than the “go up bar” going down faster, there is no real distinction between them as a player.

Graphics wise the game is okay, seems to keep the limitation in mind and has a nice sepia palette which works for the theme.

Music and sfx I did not enjoy, they were just too high pitched for me.

Overall not a bad entry, could be a nice stepping stone to build upon!
